Smiling Cupid Flying With Bow and Arrow

A cheerful little cupid floats through the air with curly hair, a happy open-mouthed smile, and two feathered wings spread behind him. He holds a bow in his outstretched hands with the string pulled back, as if he is getting ready to take aim. A loose piece of cloth wraps around his middle and flutters out behind him, and his bare legs are bent with his feet tucked up as he flies. The lines are bold and the shapes are fairly large, so it works well for younger kids using crayons or chunky markers. Try coloring the wings in soft layered shades, going feather by feather, to practice staying inside small sections. The curls in his hair also give older kids a good chance to try shading with two or three tones of the same color. It's an easy printable for a Valentine's Day card activity.
