Grinning Daisy Flower Face With Two Leaves

Coloring guide
Right in the middle of the page is a flower with a round, smiling face: two big shining eyes, tiny curved eyebrows and a happy little grin. Thirteen large, rounded petals circle the face, and their thick, clean outlines make them easy for small hands to stay inside. A slim, straight stem runs down from the blossom, with one leaf on each side and a single curved line for each leaf's center vein. Nothing else is on the page, so the flower stands alone on plain white paper. That keeps things simple for preschoolers and early elementary kids working on crayon control. You could do the face in bright yellow, swap pink and purple petals around the ring, and use two shades of green on the leaves. It's a free printable that fits nicely into a quiet classroom moment. This fits right in with our Flowers coloring pages — see also Jesus / Bible and Spring.
A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.
- soft pink
- leaf green
- golden yellow
A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start by coloring the round center of the face with golden yellow, staying inside the black outline.
- 2Fill every petal of the flower with soft pink, working carefully around the face.
- 3Color the stem and both leaves with leaf green, leaving the leaf vein lines as white gaps.
- 4Leave the eye whites and small shine spots white, then fill the eyes, brows, and smile with black or dark ink.
- 5Optional: add a little extra soft pink pressure along the petal edges to give them a slightly deeper tone.
