Waterfall in the Forest With a Hovering Dragonfly

A smiling dragonfly with big round eyes hangs in midair beside a tumbling waterfall in this detailed nature scene. The four long wings are full of delicate veins, and the slim striped body and thin legs add lots of small spaces to color. At the bottom of the falls, water splashes into a pond with soft ripples, ringed by round mossy boulders. Big fern fronds and leafy plants crowd both sides, while tree trunks and leafy branches fill in the background. Kids who like careful pencil work will enjoy it, and older children can take their time with the textured moss and ferns. Turquoise and violet on the wings will help the dragonfly pop against green moss and pale blue water. It's a free printable that suits a quiet afternoon. Kids who like Dragonfly coloring pages usually enjoy Puppies and Cats too.
