A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the fox's head, ears, and tail in orange, then fill the tail tip with cream.
- 2Fill the fox's body and arms with light tan, and color the front paws chocolate brown.
- 3Color the schoolhouse walls brick red, the roof band slate blue, the bell tower roof charcoal gray, and the door warm brown.
- 4Fill the bushes with grass green and the backpack with sky blue, leaving the bottom step and doorstep light gray.
- 5Color the window panes pale blue, the bell muted gold, the pencil golden yellow with a pale peach tip, and the inner ears and open mouth coral pink or soft pink. Keep the eye whites white.
- 6 Optional: add a little darker shading along the edges of the fox and backpack for depth, and keep the eye highlights white.
