Ghost Peeking Into a Jack-o'-Lantern for Gengar Fans
Coloring guide
A ghost-like creature with round ears leans over the rim of a big jack-o'-lantern, both paws resting on top. It gazes down into the pumpkin, mouth open in a happy, surprised smile. The pumpkin has triangle eyes, a small triangle nose and a wide toothy grin. Bare spooky trees, a few pine trees and a big full moon in the upper corner sit behind them, and tufts of grass and two fallen leaves lie along the bottom. Younger kids will manage the large shapes, while the trees and grass give older kids small details to fill in. A glowing orange pumpkin looks great next to a soft lavender or pale blue ghost, with a yellow moon lighting the sky. Love this Gengar coloring page? A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Fill the bear's body with medium brown, and color the tree trunks and branches dark brown.
- 2Color the whole pumpkin, including its top rim, with bright orange, and shade the inner edge of the opening with burnt orange.
- 3Fill the pine trees, bushes and grass tufts with forest green and grass green, and color the bottom left leaf red orange and the bottom right leaf golden yellow.
- 4Color the jack-o'-lantern face in golden yellow: the two triangle eyes, the small nose and the wide smile, leaving the bear's eye whites and the sky background white.
- 5Color the bear's open mouth peach and the tongue coral pink, keeping the little white highlights untouched.
- 6Optional: add a little darker shading with a deeper brown on the bear and a deeper orange on the pumpkin's sides for more depth.
