Easy Jellyfish With Four Long Tentacles

Coloring guide
This is a simple jellyfish made for little hands, with big round eyes, an open happy smile and a dome-shaped head topped by a scalloped, ruffled edge. Four long wavy tentacles drift down below, and each one is wide enough to color in without fuss. A column of bubbles in different sizes rises along the right side, and a few wavy lines in the top, left and bottom corners hint at water. Bold outlines and open spaces make this free printable a good match for preschoolers and early elementary kids who are still building pencil control. Soft purple or pink on the dome with a lighter shade on the tentacles looks nice, and pale blue bubbles will seem see-through. Crayons, markers and colored pencils all work well. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the jellyfish head lavender purple, leaving the two big eye whites bright white.
- 2Fill the left tentacle with soft pink and the middle tentacle with aqua teal.
- 3Color the right tentacle lavender purple so it matches the head.
- 4Add the coral smile in the open mouth, leaving the rest of the face white.
- 5Fill all the bubbles with sky blue, keeping a small white shine spot on each one.
- 6Fill the pupils in dark so the eyes pop. Optional: add a little shading on the head and tentacles with a slightly darker shade of the same color.
