Cheerful Koala Face with Fuzzy Ears

Coloring guide
This koala looks right out at you with big round eyes, a wide oval nose and a gentle smile. Two large fluffy ears with scalloped, furry edges frame the face, and a small tuft of fur pokes up on top of the head. The chest fluff curls softly under the chin. A long pointed eucalyptus leaf rises from each bottom corner, each with a line down the center. Shapes are big and lines are bold, so it's a good pick for preschoolers and early elementary kids still working on pencil control. Soft gray or light brown suits the fur, with a dark charcoal nose and fresh greens for the leaves. A lighter shade on the ears gives a cozy, fuzzy look. Kids who like Koala coloring pages usually enjoy Chameleon and Zebra too.
A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.
- soft pink
- leaf green
- charcoal gray
- olive green
A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the inside of both fuzzy ears with soft pink, leaving a little white at the edges for a clean look.
- 2Fill the rounded nose with charcoal gray, keeping the small highlight near the top white.
- 3Color the three eucalyptus leaves on the left and right with leaf green, following their long pointed shapes.
- 4Add the thin twig at the top left in olive green so it connects the leaves together.
- 5Leave both eye whites, the small eye shines, and the background around the koala white so the face stays bright and cheerful.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker green along one side of each leaf and a touch of gray along one side of the nose for a bit of depth.
