A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Fill the face and both hands with light peach, leaving the eyes' white shine spots and the apron uncolored.
- 2Color the hair warm brown, then fill the headscarf and the two bow petals with cherry red.
- 3Color the left balloon sky blue and the right balloon golden yellow, adding a small royal blue knot to the left balloon, a golden yellow knot to the right one, and a cherry red knot to the top.
- 4Color the top section of the doll and its sleeves golden yellow, the lower body and sides royal blue, and the cuff on the left wrist cherry red.
- 5Add the golden yellow bow button, the wrist ribbon, and the star in golden yellow, the heart in cherry red, and the cheeks in rosy pink. Keep the apron, the top balloon, and the strings white.
- 6Optional: Add light pencil-like strokes in a slightly darker shade of each color to give the doll and balloons a little depth.
