Smiling Pegasus Under a Big Rainbow, Rainbow Dash (MLP)
Coloring guide
Here's a happy little pegasus standing proudly on four sturdy legs. She has big sparkly eyes, long lashes and an open, cheerful smile. One feathered wing is lifted at her side, swept-back bangs frame her face, and her long wavy tail flows out behind her. A large rainbow made of simple concentric bands arches behind her, and small tufts of grass sit around her curly-edged hooves. Little hands can fill in the wide stripes and big wings easily, while the mane and tail give older kids more detail. A sky blue coat with a different bright color in each rainbow band would look lovely. Print this free PDF for classroom time or a rainy day. - 2Color the hooves in soft purple, and fill the light gray patches on the grass at the bottom left.
- 3Fill the rainbow arcs from the outside in: orange red on the outer arc, leaf green next, then bright blue on the inner arc, leaving the space inside the rainbow white.
- 4Color the mane and tail in order: cherry red at the top, lemon yellow, leaf green, olive yellow near the neck, and golden orange at the tip, with dusty violet and tangerine on the tail.
- 5Add the tongue in bubblegum pink, then leave the eye shine white and finish the tiny details.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker shade on the belly and under the wings for depth.
