This cheerful round pumpkin has big shiny eyes, raised eyebrows and an open smile, and it wears a tall pointed witch hat with a bent tip. The hat has a wide brim and a band with a large square buckle. Three stars of different sizes float nearby, two on the left and one on the right. Smooth curved ridges run down the pumpkin, and the thick, clean outlines make it simple for small hands to stay inside the lines. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the pumpkin: color the whole body and face in pumpkin orange, including the middle segment and both rounded sides.
- 2Next, color the tall witch hat, its wide brim and the buckle center in soft purple, leaving the hat brim edges for the same color.
- 3Fill the hat band on both sides with leafy green so it wraps around the hat.
- 4Color the buckle frame, its small tongue, and all three stars in golden yellow.
- 5Add the open smile's tongue in coral pink, and leave the eye whites and teeth white so the face pops.
- 6Optional: Add a few light strokes of a slightly darker orange on the sides of the pumpkin to give it a little depth.
