Halloween Scarecrow Standing in the Pumpkin Patch

Our scarecrow is the star here, standing with his arms stretched wide in the middle of a pumpkin patch. He wears a floppy straw hat with a daisy-style flower on the brim, a knotted neckerchief, a checkered shirt and overalls with buttons, a front pocket and two mismatched patches. Straw pokes out of his sleeves and hat. Big and small pumpkins sit around him among curly vines and plenty of leaves. Farther back are a wooden fence, a leafy tree, puffy clouds and a faraway barn with a silo on a hill. Older kids can spend time on the pumpkins and leaves, while the scarecrow's large shapes work for younger ones. Warm orange pumpkins look nice next to a patchwork of blues and reds on his overalls.
