Squirrel on a Branch Holding an Apple

Coloring guide
This cheerful squirrel sits upright on a thick tree branch, holding a small apple with a tiny leaf on top in both front paws. Big sparkly eyes, a little nose, whiskers and a happy open smile make it easy to love, and the fluffy tail curls up behind in a big swoosh. You'll also find pointy tufted ears, a fuzzy chest and two round feet resting on the bark. Leaves grow from twigs in the upper left corner, along the lower left of the branch and by the tail on the right. Shapes are large and lines are clean, so this free printable works for preschoolers and early elementary kids alike. The apple could be red or green, the fur a warm orange-brown, and the leaves fresh greens. If you enjoyed this Apple page, don't miss our For Girls and For Kids coloring pages.
