Soapy Car Wash Fun with a Disney Cars Friend
Coloring guide
Right in the middle of a car wash sits a little car with big round eyes and a wide, open smile, buried in fluffy piles of soap suds. Two tall spinning brushes stand on each side, with curved arrows to show which way they turn. A hose on the right sprays streams of water and droplets over the top. Bubbles of every size drift across the page, and puddles of foam collect by the wheels on the wet floor. Round headlights, side mirrors and a friendly grille give you plenty to color. Sky blue is a good pick for the car, with purple or pink brushes, and you can leave the foam white so it pops. Download the free PDF and print it at home for a quiet, creative moment. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the car body, hood and roof in tomato red, leaving the foam clouds for later.
- 2Fill the windshield and side windows with light blue, keeping the big eye whites and the smile teeth white.
- 3Color the car's bumper and headlights: lemon yellow headlights, light gray bumper, and coral pink tongue inside the smile.
- 4Paint the car's brushes with bright blue, lemon yellow and a few royal blue and mustard yellow strands, and the water spray and hose in sky blue.
- 5Add the foam clouds and bubbles in ice blue, then the wheels and road lines in charcoal gray and silver gray, leaving the background white.
- 6Optional: add a few darker strokes of tomato red or royal blue along the car edges for a little depth.
