Speedy Sports Car with Speed Lines on a Country Road
Coloring guide
Speed lines trail behind a sporty cartoon car with big expressive eyes as it zooms along the road. There is a lot to color here: a rear spoiler, a rounded hood, a wide front grille, side mirrors and multi-spoke wheels. Dashed white lines mark the road up front, and rolling hills with round bushy shrubs stretch behind the car under a few puffy clouds. Kids who love fast cars and like filling in a bit of landscape will enjoy this one. Red or yellow works for the body, grey for the road, and fresh greens for the hills and bushes. You can print it free, and there's no sign-up. Love this Cars coloring page? You might also enjoy our Ambulance and Monster Trucks coloring pages.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the car body: color the hood, side panels, and front bumper in bright red, leaving the eye whites and the road stripes white.
- 2Fill the hills, bushes, and grass with medium green, forest green, and light green, working from the back of the scene to the front.
- 3Color the road and the speed lines behind the car in slate gray, then add the road stripes at the bottom left the way they appear in the example.
- 4Add the windshield and side window in sky blue, and the seats and grille in dark gray for contrast.
- 5Finish with the golden yellow fog light, dark red spoiler, and the steering wheel in steel blue; keep the eye whites and cloud outlines white.
- 6Optional: add a few light strokes of darker shade along the car's lower edges and the hill shadows to give the scene a bit more depth.
