Spooky Minecraft Zombie With Shaggy Hair and Ragged Clothes

A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.

• chestnut brown
• peach skin
• charcoal gray
• denim blue
• slate gray
• bright blue

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.

1. 1Color the messy hair on top and at the sides with chestnut brown, leaving a few thin white highlights along the strands.
2. 2Fill the face, the front arm, and the hands with peach skin, keeping the angry eye whites and the teeth white.
3. 3Color the shirt, sleeves, and the shoulder block with denim blue, using bright blue on the top of the shoulder.
4. 4Fill the pants and the lower legs with charcoal gray, then color the ragged cape on the left with slate gray.
5. 5Leave the background and the small gaps between the arms and body white so the figure stands out.
6. 6Optional: Add a few darker strokes of charcoal gray on the shadowed side of the arms and under the hair for depth.
