St. Patrick's Day Top Hat With Shamrock Band

A big top hat sits at a slight tilt under the curved words "St. Patrick's Day" in chunky, hand-lettered type. The hat has a flat oval top, a wide curved brim, and a few soft wrinkles in the crown just above the hat band. The band is filled with slanted stripes, and a three-leaf shamrock is tucked against the right side of it. The lines are thick and the shapes are large, so little hands can stay inside them without much trouble.
