A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.

1. 1Fill the fluffy clouds and the rooftop clouds with pale blue, leaving the sun and the open sky white.
2. 2Color the face, arms, and legs light peach, then fill the curly hair with golden yellow and the star hair clip with lemon yellow.
3. 3Color the skirt, the big bow, and the mouth with coral pink, and the boots with hot pink, keeping the wings, sleeve puffs, and skirt trim white.
4. 4Fill the sailor collar with light blue and add bright yellow to the small stars on the bow and belt.
5. 5Color the rooftops in sky blue and lavender purple, the house walls and windows in pale yellow, the chimneys in warm brown, and the bushes in grass green and forest green.
6. 6Optional: Add a little darker shading on the hair, skirt folds, and roofs with a slightly deeper shade of the same color to make it pop.
