Three happy strawberry characters sit together on a checkered picnic blanket. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the three strawberries in strawberry red, leaving the small seed dots, the eye whites and the shiny spots white.
- 2Fill the leaves and stems with grass green, then color the tree canopy and small leaves in leaf green.
- 3Color the checkered blanket with coral pink and pale pink squares, leaving the white squares untouched.
- 4Color the picnic basket in light orange with tan on the lid and sides, the tree trunk in chocolate brown, and the sandwich top bread in pale yellow.
- 5Fill the juice box in golden yellow with a strawberry red apple, the sandwich filling in blush pink, and the butterflies in lemon yellow.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker shade with a deeper red on the bottom edges of the strawberries to make them look rounder.
