Symmetrical Heart Mandala with Nested Hearts and Ribbon Loops

Coloring guide
A round mandala built entirely from hearts fills this page. Eight large hearts with stacked outlines sit in a ring around the center, and each one points inward. Long ribbon-like bands cross in the middle and loop outward in overlapping petal shapes. Curved stripes fill the spaces between the loops. Smaller solid hearts in graded sizes line up along each spoke, and tiny pairs of hearts sit between the big ones. A single circle border frames everything. Try coloring the nested hearts in a gradient, from dark at the outer edge to light in the middle, so kids can practice ombre shading. The ribbon bands also work well for a two-color pattern. Because the design repeats around the center, it is easy to talk about symmetry while you color. Print as many copies as you need for a classroom or a quiet afternoon.
