A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big areas: fill the hoodie, hood, both sleeves and the blue balloon with sky blue.
- 2Color the jeans in denim blue and the tree trunk in warm brown, leaving the thin branch lines white.
- 3Color the pink, yellow and purple balloons in bubblegum pink, golden yellow and violet purple, keeping the gaps between the strings white.
- 4Use peach skin for the face, ears, neck and hands, and leave the eye whites and the smile teeth white.
- 5Fill the tree leaves and bushes with forest green and grass green, then color the bench slats in tan brown and the bench seat in lime green.
- 6Finish with the hair in warm brown, the shoe soles in coral red, and the bench legs in charcoal gray. Optional: add a few darker strokes on the hoodie for depth.
