Tall Flamingo Standing Side View Drawing

A single flamingo stands in profile facing right, with a long curved neck, a round head, and a big downturned beak that has a small smile line and a nostril. One round black eye is the only filled-in spot on the page. The body is a smooth oval with a wing drawn on top, a few feather lines near the shoulder, and scalloped tail feathers pointing back to the left. Two very thin legs reach down to flat webbed feet with pointed toes. There is no background, so the bird has lots of open white space around it. Kids can color the body in pink and the beak in two tones, with a dark tip. It also works well for a quick lesson on why flamingos are pink. The free printable format makes it easy to try a few color mixes on extra copies.
