Teapot, Tulips and Cookies: A Tea Party Adult Coloring Page
Coloring guide
The star of this tea table is a round-bellied teapot with a scalloped lid and a flower-and-leaf design. Next to it, a small vase with a heart on the front holds three tulips. Up front are two matching teacups on saucers, with the same scalloped rim and flower pattern, plus a plate of four round cookies dotted with chocolate chips. A curved tabletop line runs behind it all. Clean lines and fairly large shapes make it comfortable for kids just getting used to markers or colored pencils, yet there's enough detail for older kids and grown-ups to enjoy it as well. Soft pink petals with sky blue on the teapot and cups will make the matching set stand out, and warm brown suits the cookies. Print this sheet at home for a quick coloring break any time. A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.
- sky blue
- blush pink
- cookie tan
- rose pink
- plum brown
- leaf green
- teal
- pale yellow
- buttery yellow
A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big sky blue areas: the teapot body, spout, lid, handle, the plate's outer rim, and the top edges of both saucers.
- 2Paint the blush pink parts next: the teapot's scalloped band and base, the teapot knob, and the bodies of both teacups.
- 3Fill the cookies with cookie tan, leaving the chocolate-chip dots white, and color the inner ring of the plate rose pink.
- 4Color the tea inside both cups plum brown, then add the tulips in rose pink, the leaves and stems in leaf green, and the teal band on the lid.
- 5Finish with the pale yellow cup handle insides, the table surface, and the buttery yellow flower center, keeping the flower petals and the vase's shine white.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker shading along the bottom edges of the teapot and cups to make them look rounder.
