Teen Campers Toasting Marshmallows by the Lake, For Teens Page
Coloring guide
Sitting on logs next to a crackling campfire, a boy and a girl each hold a marshmallow on a stick out toward the flames. They both wear hoodies, pants and lace-up hiking boots, and they're smiling at each other. He has short tousled hair, and she has a long ponytail. Rocks and stacked logs ring the fire. Behind them is a dome tent with a backpack and sleeping gear tucked in at the entrance. Further out, a calm lake spreads beyond a rocky shoreline, with tall pine trees and a mountain far off. A crescent moon and scattered stars fill the night sky, and the ground has grass and little flowers. This free printable has lots of detail for older kids and teens who like a laid-back project. Warm oranges, reds and yellows suit the fire, and deep blues and purples on the sky make the glow stand out. Add this to your For Teens coloring page collection, alongside Police Officer and Hearts.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big background: color the lake, distant mountains, and the pine trees in forest green and leaf green, leaving the moon's glow and the marshmallow white.
- 2Fill the tent with soft orange and bright orange, and color the grass and grassy patches in grass green.
- 3Color the boy's hoodie, pants, and shoes using royal blue for clothes and warm brown for shoes and hair, then add the logs in warm brown and chocolate brown.
- 4Color the girl's rose pink hoodie, royal blue jeans, and warm brown shoes, keeping her face in light peach.
- 5Add the campfire in golden yellow and pale yellow, the rocks in light gray, and the marshmallow on the stick, leaving it white.
- 6Optional: Add light shading on the lake and the hoodies with a slightly darker shade of the same color for a little depth.
