Three grinning jack-o'-lanterns are lined up on a front porch step, and each one has its own look. The small one on the left has triangle eyes and a zigzag smile. The middle pumpkin has big round eyes, a little triangle nose and a toothy grin with one square tooth. On the right, the tallest has happy, curved closed eyes and a wide smile. Every stem has a curly vine on top. Behind them you'll see a paneled front door with a round doorknob, wood siding and a bumpy bush at each side. A leaf rests in each bottom corner. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Fill all three pumpkin bodies with pumpkin orange, leaving the eye whites and the teeth white.
- 2Color the two upper door panes sky blue, the lower door panel pumpkin orange, and the round door knob golden yellow.
- 3Color the porch step top and front wood brown, and the pumpkin stems leaf green.
- 4Color the siding strips on both sides of the door pale yellow and the bushes forest green.
- 5Color the left leaf burnt orange, the right leaf amber yellow, and fill the carved mouths black.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker orange along the lower edges of the pumpkins for a bit of depth.
