Three Apartment Buildings Side by Side in the City

Here are three apartment buildings in a row, each one taller than the one before, going from a small building on the left up to a tall one on the right. All of them have a flat roof with a little chimney block, rows of square windows with sills, and a front door with a round knob. The left building has two rows of two windows, the middle one has three rows of two, and the tallest has four rows of two. Round bushes sit at the bottom of each building, and a few small steps lead up to the doors. Three fluffy clouds drift in the sky, and small grass tufts dot the ground along the bottom. Thick outlines and big open shapes keep it easy for young kids, and it prints free as a PDF. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the tall right building's walls in orange, the middle building's walls in sky blue, and the left building's walls in golden yellow.
- 2Fill the roofs and chimneys: the right building in lavender purple, the middle building in coral red, and the left building in orange.
- 3Color the three doors in warm brown and the entrance steps in light gray.
- 4Fill the bushes at the bottom of the buildings with leafy green.
- 5Color each window pane in pale blue, leaving the window frames and sills white.
- 6Color the two small clouds in pale blue and leave the cloud at the top right white. Optional: add a few lighter strokes of sky blue on the walls for a sketchy texture.
