Tiger Mascot Dance Step With Arms Flung Wide

A cheerful cartoon tiger stands on one leg with the other knee lifted, as if mid dance step. Both arms stretch out wide, and one paw is raised high with small motion lines above the head. The tiger has a big open smile, one dot eye, and one eye squeezed shut in a wink. Round ears sit on either side of the head.
