A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the pine trees in forest green and grass green, leaving the snowy tops white.
- 2Fill the boy's hat and jacket with sky blue, and his scarf with red, keeping the sled and his mittens in mind for later.
- 3Paint the girl's jacket in purple, then add rose pink and hot pink to her hat, scarf and sleeves.
- 4Color the sled wood in caramel brown, the wheels and frame in light gray, and the puppy in honey gold.
- 5Add charcoal gray shoes, peach skin on faces and hands, and leave the eye whites, teeth and snow highlights white.
- 6Optional: add a little darker shading in the same color along the folds of the jackets for extra depth.
