Two Panda Cubs Playing Around a Fallen Log
Coloring guide
Leaning over a fallen log, one panda cub grips the edge with big paws and pokes out its tongue in a cheerful grin as it looks down at a second cub. That cub rests on the grass in front of the log, chin low, big eyes gazing upward with a happy little smile. Tall bamboo stalks with long pointed leaves frame the left and right sides, and tufts of grass are scattered across the ground. The log has bark lines and a round cut end on the right. Fluffy fur, round ears and large eye patches leave lots of space for crayons or markers. Soft black and white for the cubs, warm brown for the log and fresh greens for the bamboo and grass would suit it well. Grab the free PDF and print it at home for kids and coloring fans of all ages. This fits right in with our Panda coloring pages — see also Bee and Wolves.

- 2Color the bottom cub's gray paws, body and ear with charcoal gray, leaving its face white.
- 3Fill the grass and bamboo leaves with lime green and leaf green, keeping the thin leaf highlights white.
- 4Add peach cream to the top cub's inner ears and muzzle, and coral pink to the bottom cub's ears, muzzle and the tongue.
- 5Leave the eye whites and eye shines white, and color the eye patches charcoal gray.
- 6Optional: Add a few sandy tan lines on the log bark for a little extra texture.
