Vegeta and Goku Back to Back, Dragon Ball Z Super Saiyans

A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.

• royal blue
• bright orange
• lemon yellow
• peach skin
• navy blue
• golden yellow
• burnt orange

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.

1. 1Start with the big orange areas: color Goku's pants and his shirt with bright orange, leaving the white stripes on the pant legs.
2. 2Fill Vegeta's bodysuit, arms, and pants with royal blue, and color Goku's boots and shirt sleeve with navy blue.
3. 3Add skin tones with peach skin on both faces, necks, arms, and hands, keeping the eye whites and the white gloves and boots untouched.
4. 4Color the spiky hair of both fighters with lemon yellow, then add golden yellow in the darker sections and at the bottom of Vegeta's boots.
5. 5Use golden yellow for Vegeta's chest armor plates and burnt orange for the darker shadows on Goku's pants.
6. 6Optional: Add a few darker strokes of navy blue or burnt orange in the folds to make the clothes look more three-dimensional.
