Waving Canadian Flag on a Pole with Maple Leaf

Coloring guide
A Canadian flag ripples in the wind on a thin pole topped with a small round ball. The flag has three vertical sections, with narrow panels on the left and right and a wider center panel holding a large maple leaf with pointed edges and a short stem at the bottom. The top and bottom edges of the flag curve in gentle waves, so it looks like it is blowing in a breeze. The lines are bold and the shapes are big, which makes it easy for younger kids to color inside. Since the outer panels are normally red and the center is white, this is a nice chance to talk about Canada and its national colors. Print it free for Canada Day or a geography lesson, and have kids color the leaf red too.
