Santa Claus Saying Hello with a Wave and a Full Sack

A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.

• bright red
• forest green
• chocolate brown
• peach skin
• golden yellow
• sky blue
• coral pink

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.

1. 1Start with the big red suit: color the coat, the raised sleeve, and both legs in bright red, leaving the white belly stripe, the fur cuffs, and the hat trim white.
2. 2Color the big sack and the waving hand and the sack hand in forest green, leaving the white fur cuff on the wrist and the one on the sack arm unpainted.
3. 3Fill the face, nose, and ears with peach skin, then add the belt and both boots in chocolate brown.
4. 4Color the belt buckle in golden yellow and the open mouth tongue in coral pink, keeping the teeth and the beard white.
5. 5Add the snowflakes in sky blue, keeping their outlines and the rest of the background white.
6. 6Optional: Add a little darker red shading along the folds of the coat and sack to make them look more rounded.
