Whole Orange With Leaf and Two Slices
Coloring guide
A round orange sits at the center of the page with a short stem and one large leaf curving off the top left. The peel is covered in small dots that show the bumpy texture of citrus skin. In front of the whole fruit are two cut pieces. One is a big wedge with the curved peel along the bottom and the inner segments drawn as small teardrop shapes. The other is a smaller slice with a bite-shaped notch taken out of one side. The thick outlines make this an easy page for younger kids to color. Try orange for the peel and a lighter yellow-orange for the inside of the wedges, then use green for the leaf. It also works well for a quick talk about how an orange looks on the outside compared to the inside. The printable page is free to download.
