Winged Showgirl Troupe Beneath a Big Crescent Moon

A tall fan-shaped frame holds a crowd of winged, theatrical characters, with a big crescent moon on top. The highest figure has wide feathered wings stretched out, puffy cloud-like hair tufts, round earrings and a toothy grin. Below on the left, a character in a long gown and veil holds a small bouquet. On the right, another one with a little halo rests an arm on a heart and sticks out a tongue with sleepy eyes. At the bottom, a fourth figure grips a long rolled pole, and a bird-like wing and leg poke out past the frame. Try soft golds and creams for the feathers, deep blue for the moon, and pastel pinks for the heart and bouquet. Kids can also count the wings and hair puffs. This printable page has lots of feather detail, so fine-tip markers or colored pencils work well.
