Astronaut Bear Waving Next to a Rocket

Coloring guide
Floating through space in a bubble helmet and full spacesuit, a cheerful teddy bear waves one hand and smiles right at you. The suit has a chest panel with buttons, striped sleeves, padded knees and chunky boots, with hoses curling at the sides. Next to the bear, a rocket with a round porthole and a small door blasts off, trailing flames. The background is busy: a ringed planet at top left, a big cratered crescent moon at top right, shooting stars, bumpy asteroids, small striped planets and stars of all sizes. A cratered moon surface curves along one bottom corner. Golden brown fur, a red rocket and orange and yellow flames would work well. Free to print for space fans, with both big areas and tiny details. Love this Bear coloring page? You might also enjoy our Shark and Giraffe coloring pages.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the bear: fill the face in caramel brown, the ears in soft pink, and the muzzle in peach, leaving the eyes and the white patches of the face white.
- 2Color Saturn in orange with golden yellow stripes, and the small planet at bottom left in ocean blue with light blue stripes.
- 3Fill the rocket: red nose cone and fins, lemon yellow bands, a bright sky blue window, a gray door, a beige base, and a golden yellow flame.
- 4Color the helmet glass in light blue and the glove in light gray with a bright sky blue patch, keeping the suit and helmet rim white.
- 5Add the big moon at the bottom in pale blue, and color the gray asteroids and lemon yellow stars around the scene.
- 6Optional: add a little shading with a slightly darker blue on the moon and a deeper brown on the bear's face to give the drawing more depth.
