Leaning over a shallow pond, this wide-eyed baby raccoon stretches both front paws down toward a round apple bobbing on the water. Little splashes pop up near its paws and soft ripples spread across the surface. It has a big smile, an open mouth, large shiny eyes, pointed ears and a fluffy tail with bold curved stripes. Smooth rocks sit around the water, with grass tufts on the left and tall cattails on the right. - 1Color the raccoon's head, body, and legs with medium gray, leaving the eye shine spots white.
- 2Fill the fluffy tail with light gray and charcoal gray stripes, and add charcoal gray to the eye masks and paw.
- 3Color the apple medium gray and the inner parts of both ears pale pink.
- 4Use lime green for the grassy bank and leaf green for the bush behind and the tall reeds, then add forest green to the grass blades and reed leaves.
- 5Paint the cattails chestnut brown and the rocks light gray, then add sky blue to the water splashes.
- 6Optional: Add a few light gray lines on the apple and body to give a bit of shading, and leave the background white.
