Baby Unicorns Snuggling a Cherry Cupcake
Coloring guide
Sitting on the ground, a cute baby unicorn hugs a big frosted cupcake with both front hooves. The cupcake has swirled frosting, a cherry with a stem and a ridged paper wrapper. The unicorn has big sparkly eyes with lashes, a wide open smile, a round snout, pointed ears and a spiral horn. Its wavy mane sweeps down one side, a curly tail peeks out behind, and striped soles show on the chubby back hooves. Four small hearts float around, and with no other background the page stays simple. Pastel pinks and purples for the mane and tail, rainbow colors on the horn and a bright red cherry would look great. Younger kids who like bold outlines and big areas to fill will enjoy this free printable. This fits right in with our Unicorns coloring pages — see also Skeleton and Vampire.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the cupcake wrapper: color the vertical stripes in lavender purple, leaving the spaces between them neat.
- 2Fill the cupcake frosting: use sky blue for the middle swirl and bottom tier, and bubblegum pink for the top swirl.
- 3Color the cherry in cherry red and the unicorn horn in bands: bubblegum pink at the tip, golden yellow, sky blue, periwinkle, and lavender purple near the base.
- 4Fill the mane and tail with golden yellow, orchid pink, mint green, soft blue, and lavender purple stripes, and color the forehead hair in bubblegum pink.
- 5Color the inner ears, both paws, both front feet, the open mouth in light coral, and the three hearts in bubblegum pink, leaving the face, eye whites, eye shine spots, and body white. Optional: add a little light shading on the cupcake and the tail with a slightly darker stripe of the same color.
