Back to Back and Scowling: Beast and Belle with Crossed Arms

The Beast and Belle stand side by side in a moody moment. The Beast is on the left, a big furry figure with curved horns, a heavy brow, a scowl, a shaggy beard and a thick mane. He wears a cape fastened with a round clasp at his neck, and one clawed paw is held out in front of him. Belle stands at the right with her arms crossed and a stern, annoyed look as she glances off to the side. Her long hair is pulled back, and she wears a simple dress with a collar and rolled sleeves. The background is blank, so it is easy to focus on the characters. Try warm browns and golds for the Beast's fur and a bright cape color, then pick a soft contrasting shade for Belle's dress. This free printable also works well for talking with kids about feelings, since both faces show clear frustration.
