Sad Belle on the Edge of a Canopy Bed

Belle sits on the edge of a large bed with her head bowed, eyes closed and her hands resting in her lap. She wears a long dress with puffy sleeves and an apron, and her hair is pulled back in a ponytail tied with a bow. Behind her are fluffy pillows, a carved headboard, a tall turned bedpost and ruffled canopy curtains. A round side table with a lamp sits on the right, and a tassel hangs near the pillow. The bed skirt has a pretty scrolled pattern along the edge. Try soft blues and grays to match her quiet mood, then add warm golds to the bedpost and lamp. It also works well as a free printable for talking about feelings, since kids can describe how Belle looks and why.
