Bookish Twilight Sparkle in Large Wings, Equestria Girls
Coloring guide
With a shy smile, Twilight Sparkle from Equestria Girls hugs a closed book against her side. She has big sparkly eyes, freckles on her cheeks, pony ears on top of her head and a long swooping tail behind her. Two large feathered wings spread out to either side. A big star and a few smaller stars decorate her skirt, and her short-sleeved top has a bow at the collar. Her tall boots with leg warmers show a diamond-shape pattern. The page has no background, which keeps the focus on her outfit and wings. Soft purples and deep blues would suit the wings and hair, and a bright pink or yellow will make the skirt stars stand out. Print the free PDF at home for a classroom project or weekend craft. This fits right in with our Equestria Girls coloring pages — see also Cutie Mark Crew (MLP) and Rainbow Dash (MLP).

- peach
- plum purple
- sky blue
- bright pink

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big hair and wings: fill the wings and hair with pale yellow, leaving the small bright spots in the eyes white.
- 2Color the face, neck, arms and legs with peach, keeping the eye shines and highlights white.
- 3Fill the skirt, dress top and puffy sleeves with sky blue, and color the waistband and lower part of the dress with lavender.
- 4Add the tail in soft pink and the tail tip in pale yellow, then color the book and the boots in plum purple.
- 5Use bright pink for the sash and ribbon, and add a few pale yellow stars on the skirt. Leave the leg warmers and shoe highlights white.
- 6Optional: add a few light strokes of a darker shade along the wings and skirt folds for depth.
