Dancing Kid in Checkered Jacket, a Bakugan Coloring Page
Coloring guide
A happy kid with a huge round afro and oversized square glasses bounces across the page in a dance-style move. One arm reaches up high with two small balls pinched between the fingers, and the other fist swings behind for balance. One knee is bent as if he's caught mid-step. He's wearing a checkered jacket over a plain top, a backpack, headphones around his neck, and striped track pants with sneakers. The background is blank, so kids can draw in their own. That checkered jacket is a fun way to practice alternating colors, maybe teal and lime green squares. The big hair and chunky glasses leave lots of space for bold markers. Download the free PDF and print it at home, whatever your age. This fits right in with our Bakugan coloring pages — see also Robot and Talking Tom.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the afro hair and the face using dark brown for the hair and light brown for the skin, leaving the glasses shine and eye whites white.
- 2Color the jacket: use forest green for the big green panels, and light blue and medium blue for the checkered stripes across the sleeves and body.
- 3Fill the pants with medium blue and add royal blue to the darker folds, leaving the white side stripes untouched.
- 4Color the cream white shirt, golden yellow collar and headphone band, and tomato red detail on the shirt.
- 5Add the sneakers in coral pink and bright red accents, keeping the main shoe areas white, then color the bakugan balls and raised hand in light brown.
- 6Optional: add a few darker navy blue lines along the jacket folds and under the pants to give the drawing some depth.
