Spiked-Tail Armored Dragon, Bakugan Coloring Page
Coloring guide
Standing tall on two clawed feet, this armored dragon is a detailed pick for Bakugan fans. A crown of sharp horns and tall spikes tops its head, and large veined wings with pointed tips fan out behind it. Overlapping armor plates cover the chest, shoulders and legs. One clawed hand reaches out to the side while the other is clenched in a fist at the hip. The long segmented tail curls around the bottom of the page and ends in a pointed blade shape. Since there's no background, the dragon stands alone on white paper. With so many scales and panels, it suits older kids with steady hands who love fine detail. Translucent greens or teals for the wings and silver with deep blue for the armor could be striking. Save it as a free PDF for a classroom project or a weekend craft. Fans of Bakugan coloring pages often like Robot and Talking Tom as well.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the large wing panels in bright red, leaving the thin wing ribs and outlines uncolored.
- 2Fill the big belly plates and the tail segments with royal blue, alternating with light gray on the lighter scales.
- 3Color the wing tips, the tail fin, the tall back spikes and the tail tip in golden yellow, with amber on the head crest.
- 4Use slate blue and steel gray for the legs, feet and claws, and add a little crimson to the right foot.
- 5Leave the chest plate, shoulder area and lower body base white to act as highlights, then fill the small armor pieces with mauve gray or dark gold.
- 6Optional: add a few darker strokes of steel gray along the edges of the belly plates and tail to give the armor more depth.
