Bubble Ring Fun with a Smiling Dolphin and Little Fish
Coloring guide
With its head tilted up, big sparkly eyes and an open smile, this cheerful dolphin arches through the water and blows three large bubble rings that float toward the top corner. Its flippers stick out to each side, and its tail curves down toward the sea floor. Two striped fish swim near the tail and a third heads off to the right, with small round bubbles drifting around them. Wavy seaweed grows on both sides from little rocks along the bottom, and tiny pebbles dot the ground. Bold, clean lines make it a good fit for young kids with chunky crayons. Soft sky blue and gray work on the dolphin, orange is nice for the striped fish, and lime green suits the seaweed. Download this free page and add it to your growing stack of coloring sheets. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the dolphin: color its body, dorsal fin and flippers in bright blue, leaving the eye whites and the small shine on the eye white.
- 2Fill the dolphin's belly area with pale blue, then color the open mouth in coral pink.
- 3Color the big and small bubbles in light sky blue, keeping the inner parts of the bubbles white.
- 4Fill the seaweed with leaf green, adding deep green accents on some stalks, and color both rocks in stone gray.
- 5Color the three little fish in golden yellow, then add orange stripes across their bodies and tails.
- 6Optional: Add a little shading on the dolphin's belly edge and the darker side of the seaweed for extra depth.
