Bunch of Fresh Spinach Leaves Tied Together

Coloring guide
A small bunch of spinach leaves fans out from thin stems that are tied together with a string wrapped around them a few times. There are about six rounded leaves layered over each other, and the ones in front show a center vein with smaller veins branching off to each side. The leaf edges are gently wavy, and the back leaves peek out behind the front ones. The stems are long and slim and end at the bottom left of the page. The lines are bold and the shapes are large, so it works well for younger kids with crayons or markers. Try coloring each leaf in a slightly different shade of green to show front and back layers, then use a brown or tan color for the string and stems. It could also start a quick chat about leafy greens and what we eat at dinner.
