Butterfly and Snail Visit a Flower-Filled Old Boot
Coloring guide
A smiling butterfly flutters above an old lace-up boot that has been filled with flowers instead of feet. Two daisy-style flowers and a lily with long stamens poke out of the top, surrounded by big pointed leaves and tall blades of grass. A little snail with wide eyes and a spiral shell sits on the toe of the boot, looking up at the butterfly. Behind them are rounded bushes, a small flower on the right, and a mushroom near the bottom corner, with grass tufts along the ground. This free printable gives kids lots of different shapes to fill in. Try coloring the three flowers in different colors, then ask your child to name which ones look like daisies and which one looks like a lily. The spiral shell is also a nice spot for practicing slow, careful coloring.
