Butterfly Resting on a Bulbasaur's Bulb

In this sweet, simple outline, a small butterfly with big round eyes and curly antennae has landed right on top of the plant bulb. Bulbasaur sits low on all fours, facing left, with a calm little smile and one large shiny eye. Look for the pointed ears, the oval patches on its head, shoulder and legs, and the toes on each foot. The butterfly's wings are split into tidy sections with round spots along the edges, which are fun to fill in. Bold lines and roomy shapes make the page a good match for preschoolers and early elementary kids. Soft teal and green work for Bulbasaur, a deeper green for the bulb, and bright orange or purple will make the butterfly stand out. The free printable PDF is handy for classroom time or a rainy day.
