Cartoon Monkey Looking Back With Long Curly Tail

A scruffy cartoon monkey stands with its back mostly toward us and turns its head to look over its shoulder. It has spiky tufts of hair on top, a big round ear, a small eye with a squinting brow, and a large, wide muzzle that sticks out to the right with a little tongue poking out at the tip. Its arms and legs are long and thin, and the feet are bunched together at the bottom. The best part is the tail, which swoops up on the left and loops down in a wavy, curling ribbon. Short scratchy lines along the body suggest fuzzy fur. Try coloring the fur in two or three shades of brown using short strokes to match the shaggy edges. The wide muzzle and ear would look great in a lighter tan. This free printable is also a nice way to talk about how monkeys use their tails.
