Circular Mandala with Overlapping Petals and Pointed Outer Leaves

Circular Mandala with Overlapping Petals and Pointed Outer Leaves coloring page

Coloring guide

A round mandala is built from several rings that all share one center. In the middle, five overlapping circles swirl around a tiny open gap, and a scalloped outline wraps around them like a clover. Outside that sits a plain round border, then a wide band of oval petals. Sixteen small ovals ring the inside of this band, and larger loops cross over each other behind them to make a woven pattern. Two thin circles frame the whole band. The outermost edge has pointed, leaf-like petals that fan out in all directions. Because the shapes overlap, you get lots of small sections in different sizes. Try coloring the five center circles in a gradient from light to dark, then pick one color for all the small ovals so the ring stands out. It's also a nice free printable for practicing careful, steady coloring inside the lines.
