Cozy Camping Bedtime with a Boy and His Teddy Bear
Coloring guide
A happy little boy pokes out of a puffy, striped sleeping bag and hugs his teddy bear, grinning the whole time. The tent flaps behind him are tied back on both sides, so the opening works like a small stage around him. The bear has a bow at its neck. The boy has tousled short hair and a long-sleeved top with a rounded collar. Outside, grassy tufts and rounded bushes sit on gentle hills, and a flashlight rests on the ground at the lower right. Wide, bold outlines suit preschoolers and early elementary kids building pencil control. A golden brown bear against a sky blue sleeping bag makes the two stand apart. This free printable is nice for a slow afternoon or a bedtime wind-down. More like this: explore the Camping, For Girls and For Kids coloring page collections.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.

- 2Fill the tent walls and top panels with golden yellow, then color the tent straps and the top cap orange.
- 3Color the bushes in forest green and the grass patches in grass green, so the background feels fresh.
- 4Use chestnut brown for the boy's hair and caramel brown for the teddy bear's head, ears, body and arms.
- 5Fill the boy's face, hands and neck and the teddy bear's muzzle with peach skin, then color the sleeve cuffs light sky blue.
- 6Finish the flashlight: bright red for the body, orange for the handle and pale blue for the lens. Optional: leave small shine spots on the eyes white.
