Curious Sadness Poking a Glowing Orb, Inside Out
Coloring guide
Sadness from Inside Out leans forward to poke a glowing glass sphere on a round pedestal. She has big round glasses, a chunky turtleneck sweater with ribbed cuffs and hem, and soft pants and shoes. Her bobbed hair frames her face as she looks down at the orb with a curious, slightly worried expression. Short lines around the sphere show that it shines. Tall shelves on both sides behind her are lined with rows of round balls, giving lots of small circles to fill in. This free printable suits kids who like a mix of big areas and small details. A light blue sweater with deeper blue cuffs looks good, and a pale, shimmering yellow orb will seem to glow. The shelf spheres can be any colors you like. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Fill the big sweater, collar, and hem in fire red, and color the sleeve cuff in coral red, leaving the thin stripe lines as gaps if you like.
- 2Color the hair in auburn brown with tan brown for the strands, then fill the face, hand, and nose in peach.
- 3Color the pants in steel blue and the shoes in chocolate brown, keeping the shoe soles white.
- 4Fill the orb pedestal in golden yellow and leave the crystal orb and the lens areas white so it glows.
- 5Color the bookshelves: wooden parts in chocolate brown and tan brown, bands in caramel, and the balls in bright blue, lime green, fire red, lemon yellow, orange, and lavender purple.
- 6Optional: add a little darker shade of each color along one side of the sweater and hair for depth, and leave the background white.
