A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big bear body, arms, and legs in bear brown, leaving the eye whites untouched.
- 2Color the basket weave and lid in honey tan and caramel orange, then fill the basket handle in the same warm tones.
- 3Fill the foot pads and the inner ears with light peach and coral pink, and color the tent in golden yellow with a lemon yellow front.
- 4Color the pine trees, bushes, and the tree trunk in forest green, adding soft mint on the small tree and pale mint along the left tree edge.
- 5Fill the meadow and grass tufts in grass green so the bear and basket stand out, leaving the eye whites white.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker brown shading under the bear and a touch of extra green in the tree shadows for depth.
